Tu appliques la formule : a² - b² = (a + b)(a - b)

(x-5)² - 16 = (x - 5)² - 4²
               = [(x - 5) + 4][(x - 5) - 4]
               = (x - 5 + 4)(x - 5 - 4)
               = (x - 1)(x - 9)
