    ^ veut dire puissance

    C= 10^ 1-(-3) = 10^ 1+3 = 10^4

    D=10^-7-(+3) = 10^-7-3 = 10^-10

    E= 10^-3*-7 * 10^2*-3
    = 10 ^ 21 * 10^-6
    = 10^21+ (-6)
    = 10^ 15
