on met tout dans le premier pour se ramener à chercher le signe

(2x - 3) - (2 -x)(2x - 3) > 0

on factorise le premier membre

(2x - 3)[ 1 - (2 - x) > 0

(2x - 3)(-1 + x) > 0

(2x - 3)(x - 1) >  0

pour étudier le signe du premier membre on fait un tableau des signes
